I have a Bell and Howell Model 456 Autoload Super8/Regular 8mm Projector bought in 1969. During projection, when the very end of the advancing film is no longer engaged by the rotating teeth, the film stops being taken up by the take up reel. I have to manually rotate the takeup reel slightly to get it rotating again in order for it to take up the remaining film. I tried lubricating the lower rollers, but this did not help. This was not an original problem, but has been occurring for many years.
