Need TV Tuner drivers for Sony Vaio VGX-TP3Z/B

Hey guys i need urgent help, i'm looking for TV Tuner drivers for a Sony Vaio VGX-TP3Z/B, i've looked every where and i cannot find them even the sony Vaio website

    I tried your suggestion but i still cannot find the driver, i've tried google and the manufacture's website and found nothing.

Avermedia do not carry this driver; you have to go to Sony Vaio support and get the drivers from there.
They are not listed as a stand-alone driver but are part of a download package instead.

Google for and use a free program called 'cpuz' to identify your system components. Also try using device manager to determine the manufacturer/serial of your TV tuner chip/card.

Once you have determined the type/serial, have a look on google again to see if there are any links for the specific driver. If not, you could always try http://www.drivershq.com/Drivers/VistaDevices/Sony-TV-Tuner-Card-Driver/51593/Drivers.aspx Driver Detective.....even if you can't use it to download the driver (I think you have to pay), at least it will identify the one you need to focus on.

By the way, have you tried the device manager/right click on device/update driver/search online option yet??

Sony VGC LT16E VAIO live tv tuner hardware cannot be found
Go to "Device Manager" and look for anything that has a yellow question mark. If you see this, you need to run the set up program for that device to install the driver/.inf file and let the setup program set other parameters.

Since you reformatted, you removed all your previous settings unless you backed those up previously. If it came with the laptop from the store, it should have come with a CD or DVD rom with the install program.

If you lost that, or cannot find it, go to the Sony website, select "support" and locate that driver or set up program and download it. Make an archive copy of it in case it is needed in the future. The device manager should identify what model of tuner card you have.

Sony Vaio VGN-FE770G windows 7 upgrade problems

what kind of tv are you trying to hook to?? K once youve made the physical connection from computer to TV, Even using the Plug & play windows method you need a compatability driver to let the windows computer and the TV talk.
Once communication is establlished pictures, videos, movies,will play from computer to the TV

You'll have to create an account there, but try www.driverguide.com and see if they have what you need. You can look up stuff by manufacturer, model or part number.

Sony vaio Pcv v300g tv tuner device failed to open
Install the Driver manually, the automatic installation of the driver is not installing the drivers properly, that is why when you restart the system it is not able to identify the device. for this uninstall the driver restart your system then install the driver manually.

Vaio pc problems
Hi, There is a problem with the tv tuner card in the Computer. Go to Control Panel, double click on System, (if you don't see system, in the top left pane of that window, click switch to classic view). In the dialog box that appears, click on the hardware tab, then click on device manager. In this window, see if there is any yellow question mark icon beside the tv tuner device. If there is, then you will need to reinstall the software driver that came with it or you can download it from the internet. If there is no yellow question mark, then just double-click on the device and check the device status to make sure it says "this device is working properly". If it doesn't say this, then there is a problem with the device. You can try to reinstall the driver but there is a big possibility that the tv tuner card might need replace.
