Do you mean the alert flag (a triangle with an exclamation inside it) or a different symbol? The Alert flag will appear with another message on the screen. If it is time to replace the battery, you'll also see "BATT" to the left of the flag and a low battery icon somewhere along the top of the LCD screen. If the thermostat is set to alert you to change the HVAC system filter regularly, you'll see "REPL" to the left of the alert flag.

For a 4 cylinder 2.0L engine flag time to remove and replace clutch 5.4hrs.

For a 6 cylinder 2.5L engine flag time to remove and replace clutch
6.3 hrs.

The BLACK flag is for ON time.The RED flag is for OFF time. Set the Black flag into the rotating timer for the time of day you want the timers to turn ON and the Red flag for the time you want to turn the lights OFF. Once you have the flags in rotate the timer dial by hand and note when the lights go on and off. Adjust the flags as needed. Set the timer for the correct time of day and plug in. Also, you can check the Intermatic web site for additional information.

on top of the hill, there is a flag that you have to get. if you look to the right, there is a tunnel, and then you have to go in there and then at the exit, it is a dead end sand pit. the flag is there.

if you look where the black rollers are on the out put bin top rear of the printer to the left there is a flag this is what causes that error. it is either sticking or broken. lift up on it and make sure it falls back freely if the flag is not damaged change the sensor. i have to to tell you 95% of the time the flag is sticking or broken. out of a few thousand repairs ive only had to change that sensor twice.the mount for that flag just clips into place it can be dislodged fairly easy check to make sure the mount is not loose

That is a pre heater fault.

1. Check system grounds.
   
2. Check the Drum Maintenance Kit NVRAM contacts during oiling for continuity.
   
3. Check the waste tray.
   
4. Replace the Preheater ( REP 2.0.17).

The problem is a crazy design in the printer itself! I've now found a reliable fix for this problem which is relatively easy to carry out. You will find the details of how to do it here :
