I need instructions for a hoover quattro 1300 ws130 washing machine

if its a front loader remove lid and plug u can get the door open from top with a long screw driver and a bit of patiace

SMALL SPRING HAD COME LEVER THAT IS CONNECTED TO WATER RELEASE VALVE , RECONNECTED SPRING AND EVERYTHING SEEMS TO BE WORKING OK .

Hi,
I had the same problem when i got my machine, if you slide out the powder and softener tray just behind the face of it on the right hand side you will see a white plastic tab about 2 inchs wide! That plastic tab slides out and has all the programme settings on it!

Doubt that this unit is actually made by Hoover, but they may be able to tell you where to find it, or the manufacturer. Try this:

hi there this is a common fault you will need to replace the control module and selector switch/timer

take out the detergent drawer and thoroughly clean. if that doesn't work, the may be a blockage in hose from drawer to tub. take off top, remove hose and clean out
