It worked thanks alot.
All I did was to press the #,interrupt,c,interrupt in sequence. The display then went off.
I then press the numeric keypad 1,4 and start botton in sequence.

There might be some dirt on thermistor above the heater upper roller pls check and clean the fuser unit then use simulation 14 to reset the machine enter simulation by presssing #,interrupt,c,interrupt in sequence display is then off, then no. 14 then start key h2 disappears ok

On a sharp machine. Press P * C * .... or # * C *. The machine should enter diagnostics mode. then enter 14 then one and press start. That should clear the issue

An H2 is an indicator that the temperature sensing device is reading open, preventing the machine to warm up. There is only one way to correct this and that is to replace the thermistor, and that takes a technician. Not a hard job but a novice could get into trouble and make matters worse.
