The Ice dispencer is working, the crushed ice is working, but the water dispencer is not working. I hear a sound, but no water comes out. I checked and the water is on and connected.

Not sure what brand you have but I had a similar problem with a dispenser once. The ice dispenser would freeze up and couldn't change over from one to the other and I'd have to take it out and let it thaw occasionally and then it would be fine for several months again. If your ice bin is in the door this may be what you need to do.
If you remove the bin and look on the bottom of it you will see a rod running from front to back, this opens and closes the crusher see if it moves freely, if not dump the ice and rinse the bin out with hot water till it moves freely,if so,with the door open set the dispenser to cubes leave the bin out push the light switch in and hit the dispenser button you should hear a loud pop and see the actuator by the auger motor move up,and drop down when you release it.
check the water line fron filter that continues on to water dispfrom icemaker, also a bad water disp solenoid or no pwr to water valve disp solenoid could be a problem, when you try to disp water can you hear a click from the solenoid operating to let water out?
We have had this problem on occasion. The lever up in the ice dispencer gets jammed with frost and ice. If you remove the ice bucket/auger and let it thaw or just rinse it with water and dry it. Give it a try. -Matt
you could have a problem with your dispenser module. a burnt pcb that could lead to all of your problems. switches not working, lights not working, dispenser not working, etc.
check your dispenser module and if you find a burnt part or a burnt PCB, then replace it.

Depends on the model. BI models or co29 the setting is warmer to make more ice.co2075 you have 2 tstats. So the icemaker control is seperate. What model do you have
You may not need to replace the solenoid. If you hear the hum, and not a loud click and don't see then rod move, it may be frozen with ice. Test it manually with your hand, it should be free to move up and down. If not, then it is frozen with ice. Remove the ice dispenser and let it thaw and dry out. You should then be able to move to rod and it will work fine, at least until it freezes again. Anyone know how to prevent it from freezing up? Its a continual problem for me
