Something connected to that fuse is pulling more than 15 amps. The problem is not likely the fuse but something on the circuit is pulling too much current.

fuse f42 and F43 is 15amp, and runs cpu in IPDM
fuse f32 is fuel pump see how tell fuse ID tells what is shorted?
all above are IPDM fuse box fuses, under hood
f43 is throttle control valve too. twb motor drive.
f42 runs ECM/PCM and lots of things.

F53 is fog lamps.
my wild guess F42 blows. and runs ecm relay to here.

to find the short one must disconnect all loads to fuse the blows

to find which device is shorted.
use only 15amp fuses, not larger ever. here.

Yaris cuts out after she blows the #2 fuse (15amp) will not start. No ignition lights once the fuse blows. Car starts once the fuse is replaced but soon blows the fuse again. Is there a known cause

blown fuses are an indication of an overload of the circuit ( failing electrical device --relay or module ) or a dead short in the wiring after the fuse. The problem may be in the ECM area. Run the fault codes to determine if electronic problem

Make sure you have 24 volts @ the transformer inside the furnace....If you are reading 18V across the Red & Common, try reading across R & anything else ie G, Y, W. If you have 24 volts there, then trace your common wire & make sure it is not splice somewhere in between the tstat & the furnace. If you have any unused wires, hook up the different color wire & make sure you use the same wire for common @ the furnace.

Why does my honda shadow 1100 american classic keep blowing 10 amp ignition fuse

DOES YOUR BIKE HAVE CORRECT IGNITION COIL IF IT TOO HIGHLY RATED I.E A SPORTS COIL YOU WILL PUT EXCESSIVE CURRENT THROUGH FUSE CAUSING IT TO BLOW. IS THE FUSE HOLDER SECURED DOWN VIBRATION CAN MAKE FUSES BLOW LIKE BULB FILAMENTS {TRY A 15AMP FUSE] IF THAT BLOWS DEFINATE OVER RATED COIL

I have replaced....several times.... the 15amp fuse for my turn signal and overhead console read out and they continue to blow. All other lights continue to work, even the flashers, head lamps, and break...

When a fuse blows you have 2 choices

Replace it once or just go to the wiring
diagrams & start diagnosing & testing,
until you find the cause of the electrical
system problem causing the high current

You need to know what is on that fused circuit

Unplug the overhead console. If the problem
goes away, you know the console needs to
be checked out. Or you work on the signal
problem WITH WIRING DIAGRAMS

You wouldn't go on a road trip without
a map,if you never been there before !!

Honda ES6500 blows 15amp fuse as soon as the key is turned to "ON" tested starter with a jumper wire, works fine. Took the control box apart found nothing unusual. Removed ignition switch found...

hi
I think the problem is on when the key is turn to rotate and to engage the starter motor and it at this point that the cable curring the current on to the starter motor it then the fuse gets blown , in my opinion this cable is shortening across the chassis causing the fuse to blow, or when it get to the starter solenoid a faulty solenoid absorbs accessed electric current causing the fuse to blow

99 vw jettal 2.0 gas fuse 29 15amp fuse keeps blowing-no spark unpluged coil and fuse keeps blowing. help please

Thats the fuse for the ECU, engine control module, and is a 15amp for gas 2.0. i would locate the ECU which is under the center of the plenum in the engine compartment and disconnect the long plug. Check for green discoloration on the multipin connector. Sometimes moisture will get in there and short some of the pins together. Leave ECU unplugged and replace the fuse. If it still blows cause is between the fuse and the ECU.
