This worked for me, but I have a Comcast Motorola DVD-R: These are the codes for your SONY SA-CT60 Audio Device. Follow the instructions below to program your remote. Most likely code: 30158 Others to try: 31758, 31759
To program your Comcast remote:
Turn on the TV or other device that you would like to program.
Press the TV button on your remote control. NOTE: If you would like to program your remote control to work with a DVD Player,
VCR or Audio device press the AUX button.
Press and hold Setup until the red light blinks twice, then release Setup.
Enter the first code for your device listed above. If you perform this procedure
correctly, the red light will blink twice. NOTE: If you enter an invalid code, the red light will display one long blink and
exit the programming mode. Repeat steps 2 to 4 with a valid code.
Aim the remote control at your device and press Power once (press the Play key for
devices that don't have a POWER button). If the TV turns off, make sure that the
VOL+/- and Mute buttons also work. If so, you're all set!
If not, repeat these steps using the next manufacturer's code (you may need to try
several codes to find the one that works).
You probably have the same problem that I found after I'd purchased my Viore TV (LC 26VF59), your cable box remote or dish network remote doesn't have the Viore codes built in. Bummer. I looked around and couldn't find codes for my Viore. Doubt you'll find them for yours. Here's a helpful suggestion I read about that works for me:
I bought for $20.00 a Sony RM-VL600 Easy Learn remote control from my electronics store. It's EZ because you only have to place the Sony head to head with the Viore remote, press TV setup and follow Sony's instructions to have its remote catch and learn the codes from your Viore remote. I only programmed my Sony for the Power On/Off, Vol Up/Down from my Viore remote. You back out of Setup and now your Sony will control the TV for those functions. Next you get your cable box or satellite remote put it head to head with the Sony remote, press the CABLE or SATELLITE set-up button on the Sony and then have it learn all the C or S functions you want from that remote. You do program in this mode the Power On/Off button, but you don't program the Vol Up/Down. The volume for the TV will work when you're all finished and operating under the Cable or Satellite button on the Sony remote.
Now, you press the TV button on the Sony and then the Power button. The TV turns on. Now you press the Cable or Sat button and then the Power button and the Cable or Sat box turns on. Like I said, even though now you are operating the Sony remote under the Cable or Sat button the TV volume instructions carry over to this side of the remote so you don't have to switch back to the TV button to raise or lower volume of the TV.
When I'm done watching, I hit the Power off and the cable box turns off. I then hit the TV button and again the Power off button and the TV turns off. So, it's a little inconvenient when starting and stopping, but at least you are using only one remote.
if you want to connect through cable , go on the net,
cable remote codes are 031,001,002,003,004,005,006,007,008,018,022,032,
and tv remote codes 001.
