IMHO, drop Windows and get a Mac - any Mac.

Who installed the Microsoft Operating System on your computer?

The product key that you use during the installation of windows xp is illegal key.. Its because you made a windows update, the reason why microsoft detected that your windows operating system is not genuine.. My suggestion is you reformat your computer and install again windows.. this message popping up because your computer is running a pirated version of the software,try this:

1. Start/run/type "regedit"/hkey_local_machine/software/Microsoft/WindowsNT/Currentversion/Winlogon/notify
2. Now the folder notify...delete it...nd then restart ur pc...nd wala problem solved it wont bug u no more...

this microsoft software genuine it is irritating me cuz it keeps appearing on da screen and ma desktop appears black & i want to unninstall it

you need ot spend some money to get a legal software.
