The image quality is really good for a weather resistant camera.

This must be set on an alignment machine you just can't move the front wheel to what you think is correct, it must be right on. They toe in slightly on most vehicles

Paint or spray the cardboard with a waterproof coating

• Spray the cardboard with an automotive primer and then let it dry. You can also use a variety of waterproof varnishes to provide this initial waterproof coating for your cardboard. Since you will be painting the cardboard with another layer of protective covering, make sure the substance you use for this initial layer can be painted over.
  Next, paint the cardboard with an outdoor latex paint similar to what you would use on the outside of your house. Having these two layers of waterproof sealant--a primer and a latex--should keep your cardboard stiff and dry for quite a while.

You will need a 60/40 solder and you will have to take it apart it will probley not be waterproof but if it is not in waranty it will not matter. mine broke all the way to the circuit board and it has a spring that is soldered directly to the board but it works now! IMO very sorry design for a waterproof rugged unit! The guy at Golf Logic agreed the battery compartment could of been made better! I am looking for a design with a snap out battery compartment rechargeable of course!
