1st You download Webcam Driver.

After this install the Webcam driver in the system.
Installation of Webcam Driver
Go to the control panel
Click on the System Icon
Click on the Hardware Tab
Click on the Device Manager s
Select the Unknown Device or printer device where yellow Question Marks sign on it.
Right click on it and uninstall it.
After this go to the top of the device manager and click on scan for hardware changes.
Driver installation Wizard start.
Brows Your Driver from the Hard Disk and click on next.
Driver will be install.

Check the model of your motherboard and you can find the drivers for that?? or put your motherboard model we will help you from where to download the drivers for the same??

Use an external CD rom or sometimes there is a petition file in the Hard drive to format.

Hi Good day!! Sir/Madam if you want to format your pc you will need and CD of a Operating system like WindowsXp/Vista/etc.(note you should have the product key after installing the OS)
here are the steps on reformating:
1. Open your Bios setup by Pressing del or f2 it depends on your board.
2. insert your bootable CD on your CD/DVD rom.
3. go to boot setup, set your boot priority 1st boot must be your CD/DVD rom, 2nd boot your harddisk after you set your boot priority press f10 and then save changes. it will restart your pc.
4. your computer will boot in CD and a message will appear "Press any key to boot from CD...." you should follow it. press any key!! if you boot from cd successfully you should be on windows setup it is a blue screen!! congrats!!
5. windows setup will load it's driver, when finish loading there will be a option on the bottom.
6. press f8 for terms and agreement (read carefully)
you can start formating just read the instruction.

to answer the first question an Iso file can be burned to disk using the iso
burning function that comes with most burning software. if this file is an operating system then it would automatically be burned as a boot disk and nothing else would be needed. However if this is say service pack 3 and its an iso format then even though your burning it using an iso function it would just be service pack 3 and nothing else a none boo table disk.

Go to the bios settings as the system starts up by pressing F2 key then change first boot device as HDD(harddisk) and second boot device as cd rom, then press save and exit (F10 KEY)

When a computer is powered on, the BIOS ("basic input output system") has only a few commands available to it, and the main one is to search for a "boot device" - a storage device which contains "bootable files". The first device it finds with "boot records" is used to load the operating system.

Usually this is the C drive, but could also be a floppy, USB flash memory, or CD.

In order to get the boot records onto a device, a special option must be used when the device is formatted. This boots the boot records in a place where the BIOS knows to look for them.

So, a bootable file (or "bootable device") is a storage device which has been set up with these boot records.
