Hi
I found this explanation of your error, although my understanding of it is not entirely clear. Code: C6400 Description: Zero-cross signal error
Interrupt of the zero-cross signal does not occur more than 1 s. Causes: Poor contact in the connector terminals.
Defective power source PWB.
Defective engine PWB
You can find this here: Error Codes Kyocera Mita TASKalfa 221 Code C6400
and also by changing the drop down menus along the top of the page you can view other errors for your machine and for other models and makes. You can also use the link to get a Service Manual for your machine.
Hope this is helpful, if so would you please register that with Fixya
Cheers
Good day, if your error is toner then make sure the small white gears on the back of the toner cartridge is turning, if they are not then replace toner bottle, if they are turning ask a technician to test the toner motor. If your machine displays error C6400 then enter service mode by pressing 10871087, now press 163 and OK, now restart your machine, if the code is still there then you should replace your fuser/fixing unit.
