I think you want to log into a website. You have to enter a user name, click enter, enter a password, click enter. We cannot find information that you may have lost, such as your user name or password.

did you alter the admin password for the router? If you have not then access it via ethernet cable. plug cable into computer and other end into router. type 192.168.1.1 . you will have to enter name and password which both be admin. If you are able to access the routers control software now you will be able to see what the login details for your network is

If the above is of no use then you should look on the router itself for a very small button that may reset to original settings.
googling for the spec/overview will show you whether this can be done

You can reset your password by logging into windows in safe mode,it wont ask for a password
when you do that and once you are into windows you can go and reset or remove your password from
