You will have to get the PUK code from your telco, they will identify you as the owner of the phone before giving it to you. This is done to prevent thieves from getting the code.
Once PUK is entered, this will unlock the phone.

When you enter a wrong pin number three times the phone asks you for a PUK number. The PUK code is generally eight digit number This PUK number is an unlocking code which helps you to unlock the phone and use it. PUK code is called as PERSONNAL UNBLOCKING KEY.

Your phone will ask for PUK code when you entered the PIN code wrongly several times depending upon the mobile make. The mobile asks for PUK code so that unauthorized persons do not use your mobile for wrong cause.

To get PUK code please contact your service provider through phone or go directly to their office. They will provide you the PUK code for your mobile. The PUK code is unique for each mobile phone model.so that you can open your phone. When you planning to call your service provider you cannot use your mobile as it is fully locked. Please use some other mobile with same network to call your service provider.

This PUK code prevents thieves from being able to make use of stolen handsets, that is why it can only be given by the service provider only.

While you get the PUK code ,the service provider customer care officer will ask for your personal details to check whether the mobile belongs to you only. If they are satisfied with your answers they will provide with the PUK code

DONOT enter the PUK code several times wrongly,It will block your sim card permanently.

Don,t worry, it is happened some time due to wrong password entry. So, just call the customer care center of network provider they will ask some basic info about your cell number, owner etc. and provide you PUK or PUK 2 number.

PUK code is provided when you purchase the sim card. Try to look for any paper works that came with your phone.

Your other option is to purchase a new sim card.

i have forgotten my password/pin for my samsung d900. so the phone has blocked my password/pin and has come up with a PUK code. how do i get this code?

i have a samsung SCH-420 nimbus slider, and it has been about 6 months since i last used it, well i have forgotten the password to the phone, is there any one that knows if there is a password or code i can put in to reset that?
