sc582 is an inverter error. The coil that heats the fuser may be bad, or there may be a bad connection somewhere. If you go into SP mode and execute SP 5810 to reset the fuser, see if the code comes back. If it does, have a Ricoh technician check the IH coil and the connections for it.

inside the laser unit Polygon motor synchronization problem
The polygon motor does not reach the
stable speed within 15 s of the START
signal turning on

Causes:

1-Poor contact in the
polygon motor connector
terminals.
Reinsert the connector. Also check for continuity
within the connector cable. If none,
remedy or replace the cable

2-Defective polygon
motor.
Replace the polygon moter or LSU.

Defective HDD or controller PCB.

This error code means laser unit has the problem.polygon motor inside the laser unit has problem. am sure if you change laser unit machine will work.

Please try and check the polygon motor and connector cable of the Laser scanner.If none, replace the engine PWB board.

c4000 polygon motor sychronize error, try to cleaning polygon, if not effective, need to replace new polygon.
