The pressure switch is stuck in the closed (heater on) position. It's either clogged at the pipe to the switch or the orifice of the switch is crusted up. check out ukeboy57 on youtube for a detailed repair of the pressure switch and how it works. It's also possible the heater is busted open in the tank. The tank heats up very slowly after making a lot of drinks. Then blows safety valve once it over heats. This is a deeper problem and it would be best to start looking for another machine. I have additional vids on tank cleaning but it's better just to get another machine if it's older than 5 years. One thing to check... Have you switched to 100% reverse-osmosis or distilled water recently? I read that the water level probe needs conductive ions (e.g. calcium) in the water for it to detect that water has risen to the probe's level. So, water with too few ions will not register on the gauge, and the tank will continue to fill.

Remove the 3 screws on the side of the bell they might be bolts or allen wrench screws. That will give you easier access to the screen and screw(make sure you have extra screen and screws).
SOURCE: Can you turn off one of the left or right sides on
1-Cover the buttons on offending side (paper and 1 min to do)
2-Reprogram one side to give it a short dose. (5 mins to do)
3-remove power to group valve (screwdriver and 20 mins to do)
Note if you do remove the power, please leave a note for the crew as they will probably call a technician in to 'repair' it again.
