check that tha fan beside the compressor in lower back is running and that condenser tubing is lint free, also check for icing on frezer back panel if so you could have a defrost problem, if all is good you may have a freon leak inside the frig walls as tubing is all metal and will rust when sitting for a long time in storage due to moisture build up from been warm outside and cool inside during normal usage in which case you may need to change the appliance at that point you will need a service call to find if there's still freon inside your frig and of coarse your control may not read the properly..

Its possible the evaporator fan is bad. Air is drawn from freezer to cool the refrigerator side and ultimately controlled by the fridge side thermostat. Or... Low freon.

If by chance you unplugged the control panel while working on the dispenser the mother board does not recognize the board until you unplug the power from the wall. That should reset the eeprom memory back to factory settings. Try that first. Sea Breeze

the temp controller is bad in the fridge once it reaches cooling temp desired it cause the temp comtroller to go into a shut off mode due to being weak on the temp sensor tube
