you can go to the realtek website ,type in your pc model type and get the sound drivers,,or you can go to your control panel and restore your system to before it went dumb, 2 or 3 restore points back,day before u got dat problemo,,thanks

If you have a windows install disk, then download active kill disk.

You need to erase the hard drive the right way, you don\'t format from NTFS to NTFS to erase a HDD.

Here is a free eraser, but you need to burn it to a **** and boot to it so it runs in DOS.

You can also go to Western digital and use the tools for HDD to erase.
Once the HDD is erased, your clear CMOS, reset the setting in the BIOS such as boot order, you should be able to reinstall windows and install all the correct drivers.

Following is the solution for your problem.

Uninstall the printer software after unplugging the printer and remove it from the network , if it in on network.

Download and install the latest drivers from thee Epson webiste for your operating system.

makse sure you are using the admin account to install the software, once installed it will be working fine.

I'm not sure about that particular model, but usually you can press ERASE as the message is playing.
On some other models you have to press ERASE at the end of the message you wish to erase.

In either case, right after you press ERASE it will ask ERASE? (or FILE ERASE? ) then you press ERASE again.

Just make sure to experiment a bit so you don't erase a wrong and important recording by mistake.

You can search by your product on their main page. Once you find your product, it will bring you to the drivers and download page. If you do not see the bluetooth driver will be listed by itself, it will likely be contained within the Motherboard/Chipset drivers.

your sound drivers are probably not installed. if you can connect to the internet often using windows update will detect this and offer drivers to download, otherwise you will have to go to your motherboard manufactures website and input you model number and download the drivers from there.

What operating system do you have?

Go to HP website, then look up your notebooks model number in the software and drivers page. Then reinstall the audio drivers.

If you already had an operating system installed and you changed to this motherboard you may have to install the UAA (universal audio architechture) drivers before the audio drivers are install. You can download UAA from the Realtek site or from HP
