Bring it back to service. They should wipe and instal again.

If this is really the Craig 741d, the only fix to a forgotten password is to erase the tablet and reload the firmware.

Power the unit off (holding power buttom) and selecting Power off, then hold simultaneusly back button and on buttom 8 seconds,the android icon appear press back buttom, in the menu select wipe data/factory reset pressin home buttom and then press back buttom, in the next screen select "yes delete all user data" pressig back buttom, and in the nex screen select "reboot system now" with the back buttom and wait. IT WORK FOR MY TABLET
