Acer currently maintain a wide variety of models of notebook computer in the current range, and for any given range of notebooks the onboard options may vary but, the case remains constant across the range for each series of notebook. This means that some machines will have case buttons that lack functionality. The most common of these are the Bluetooth and Wireless LAN toggles on the front of many of the cases. You may have the button but the device isn't there, it is only on the more expensive models. Easily fixed by getting a USB Bluetooth adaptor
