Clicking noise is usually produced by a shorted load or overloaded SMPS (power supply), black screen as you had mentioned may contribute to a short circuited load.Check voltages (secondary) might be pulsing from high to low that sync the clicking sound.Checking load resistance through filter capacitor will help a lot then try isolating circuit branches to localize the shorted or leaky parts.Try isolating(one at a time) the power supply's loads may help a lot.
The fuse should be located on the power supply board. You'll have to remove the back cover to access it. I posted a link of what the board should look like.
