Want to erase password and start over

n order to reset to factory settings, please follow these instructions :
- Power off machine.
- Hold down + first and then POWER for about 10 seconds, release both buttons once Kurio screen loads .
- When you get the open Android picture, press + to enter menu, use - to move down to "wipe data / factory reset" and press POWER again to choose.
- Next press - to choose "YES" and press POWER to start reset.
- Check for yellow text Formatting /data, formatting cache, Data wipe complete.
- Choose reboot system now and press POWER to complete process.
NOTE: This will erase data from your Kurio's internal storage such as Accounts, System settings and Downloaded apps. But music, pictures, and other user data won't be erased. Check "Erase SD card" if you want to clear all the data of the system.
It is also possible to reset only the Kurio Interface: Go to Parental area > Tablet Setup> Press "Reset the Interface to Factory Default Settings".
Once this has been done you will need to set the device up and perform all the updates, instructions for this are on this page.

How do I reset a rca tablet

Note: Wipe data will delete all user data.

1. On power off mode, press and hold on VOL+, then press Power button for 3 seconds, and then release both buttons. You will see RCA+Dog opening screen. Waiting for a few seconds, you see the Android laying down on its back.

2. Press VOL+ button once, you see a menu.

3. Volume down to move highlight to "wipe data/factory reset", then press power button to select .

4. Volume up/down to move highlight to "Yes-delete all user data", then press power button to select .

5. When you see "Data wipe complete", press Power button to select "reboot system now", the system will be restarted.

6. Once complete, you will see below initial Welcome screen.

ALL YOU DATA WILL BE GONE.

Someome put the lock on when you turn it on and can't get in, it has the time and 9 dots how do I get past this

Help how do hard reset my proscan tablet plt7035 i for got my pattern to unlock it

1. Power the Tablet off.
2. Press and hold the Volume Down button of the device, then press and hold the Power button.
3. Continue to hold both buttons until a bootloader screen appears.
4. Wait for the prompt that says to "Press <VOL_UP>" then press the Volume Up button to start the process.
5. Navigate to Erase content.

All info on tablet will be deleted but not the info in the SD card
The tablet will complete the hard reset process and reboot into a factory default state.

Forgot screen lock for Samsung galaxy 10.1

A hard reset will do the trick.

1. With the device off, press and hold Volume Up and Power.
2. Release the Power button when you see the Samsung logo ( about 3 seconds), but continue to hold Volume Up until the recovery screen appears.
3. Use the Volume buttons to navigate the menu and select wipe data / factory reset. Press Power to continue.
The Galaxy Tab should then go through the hard reset process ( formatting user data).
4. When formatting completed, navigate to select Reboot system and press Power.
