Place the unit in diagnostic to do this make sure machine is off turn control knob to the left at least 3 times to clear now turn knob 3 clicks to the right 1 left 1 right all lights should light up do this within 6 seconds if you don't get lights repeat process I do this everyday so be patience once all lights are lit turn to the right until done light is lit press start button you will now see lights flash in varying sequence the way to read this the lit fill/sense light is the f code, wash light =8, rinse =4, spin=2, done=l when fill/sense light is not lit this is the second halve of the code example F7E1 you would have fill/sense lit, rinse=4, spin=2,done=1 F7 code, non lit fill/sense done=1 okay you may have more than 1 code it will continue to read the same code until you turn the knob once to the right the control will hold up to 4 codes at a time once you find the codes we'll go from there
The problem can be determined through the Wash Progress LEDs. The specific lit LEDs combination indicates an specific error code that tells what generally the problem is. But the exact
positions of the lit LEDs are necessary in determining the exact code. Refer to the
illustration below and post back the code or the exact positions of the
lit LEDs. You may Google for the error code once you determine it, like "Fisher and Paykel Fault Code 37".

I have fix that problem before, the oven heat is soficating the top burners, you will have to adjust top burners with the oven on, so that they will light by them selfs.Or put a shield under the cook top section on the back, so that the heat will not come to the burners where they get the oxigen.
1.Ensure the headset is turned off (indicator light not blinking and headset boom is closed) 2.Press and hold the Call button. After about 4 or 5 seconds, the indicator ight becomes steadily lit in magenta 3.Release the Call button and immediately open the headset boom. The indicator light remains lit in magenta.
If the indicator light is flashing in blue or not steadily lit when opening the headset boom, repeat steps 1 through 3
