If you have a free email account (gmail, juno, yahoo, etc.) just get a new address. Juno will send you email on behalf of their advertisers and these do not contain unsub options. And they won't stop, so just cancel your account and go to gmail where they have no unsolicited spam advertizing. Alternatively, you could do what I had to do on my business account and track down the owners of the domains sending the spam emails as well as the company hosting their services. I politely requested an end to the emails and when I got the next one I forwarded it to their own email accounts. It is not too difficult to track down the info needed, just do a WHOIS search on the domain name, i.e., go to www.whois.net and enter the domain (such as fixya.com) and you will be presented with the registrant's info. In some cases...such as the example here, you will be directed to another domain registrar (GoDaddy) and search there. In this example you will locate an email address for the domain administrator ([email protected]). A firm and well-worded request followed by an inbox of their own junk did wonders. I now receive NO more spam. Good luck.
