SOURCE: "OE" error message appearing at end of rinse cycle before spin
on the front lower left there is a panel. Pry it open from the top. Unscrew the large black round cap. Be prepared for water to rush out. There is a trap to clean out. To the left there is a rubber hose with a plug in the end. Remove plug and see if hose is clogged. Clean it out. Replace and it should run. If not, try blowing through the discharge hose in the back to make sure all is clear. If not??

This error code appears when the washer has not fully drained after 10 minutes.
The possible causes for this problem are: Oversudsing and Not Draining.
1 Do not use too much detergent. Highly concentrated detergents (HE2x and higher), require less detergent than regular detergent or non-concentrated HE detergent.
2 Check for correct drain hose routing. Make sure drain hose is not kinked or too far down the drain / stand pipe (average 6-8 inches).
3 Check for correct drain hose routing. Make sure drain hose is not kinked or too far down the drain / stand pipe (average 6-8 inches).
Steps to clean the drain pump in front load washers:
1 . Locate the access door / panel at the bottom front of the washer (If equipped).
2 . Gently, open the door or remove the panel.
3 Locate the drain hose and plug, if equipped. While using a drain pan or bucket to catch the water, remove the plug and allow the water to drain from the washer.
3(a) If the hose seems plugged and will not drain, it is most likely pulled out too far. Do NOT pull the hose until it is tight, leave some slack!
3(b) If the drain pan gets near full, plug the hose, empty the drain pan, then continue draining until all water is out of the washer.
3(c) Make sure the drain plug inserted back into the hose, it must be inserted fully.
3 (d) If not equiped with a drain hose, make sure drain pan or bucket is under the filter housing area when removing the filter.
4 Once all water is removed from the washer, the pump filter can be unscrewed by turning counter clockwise (typically 3 full turns), then pulled out of the filter housing.
5 Once removed, wash out the drain pump filter under running water at the kitchen or utility sink. Some light scrubbing may be needed to remove all soils from the filter.
6 Make sure not to damage or lose the O-ring gasket on the filter.
7 Before reinstalling the filter, check the filter housing for foreign objects and soils that could block the filter. Once foreign objects and soils are removed, then reinstall the filter, plug and door in reverse order.
8 Make sure the filter is fully seated and snug or it could leak. Do not over tighten, filter or housing damage could occur.
9 Run the washer and check for leaks.
