Carnt get hold of the rope on the stairs of clock tower 3

take the metal cover off that holds the rope. unwind it take out the old cord. wind it up counter clock wise. have someone hold it or you can stick a screwdriver in between the wheel and the frame to hold it in place. wind to the stopping point and back it off one turn. insert the new rope and tie a knot. be sure the other end has the pull handle fastened on it. take the screwdriver out and let it wind up the new rope. be careful as it is spring loaded and will release fast if you don't pay attention.

Take off the rope cover. Turn it upside down. Shove a scewdriver in between the round part and the housing. Undo the knot that holds the pull rope in. Take screw driver out ( this wheel is spring loaded so hold it tight) turn the wheel counter clock wise till it stops and back it off till the hole for the rope is lined up with the hole on the side of cover. Put screw driver back in to hold wheel. Push one end of the pull rope through the metal cover and fish it to the hole in the wheel. Use a pick or needle nose pliers to pull enough out so you can tie a knot in it. Push knot in the slot that holds the knot. Put pull handle on other end. Remove crew driver and let it unwind. This should be finished try it and put into back on your mower. Good luck.

Hmmm a lot of rope lights are just mini xmass tree lights inside a plastic tube. If one of the bulbs burns out for that section the it takes the whole section out. Sounds like it's time for a new led rope light.

Standing in front of car looking at engine, number one cylinder tower is in the 4 o'clock position, number 3 cylinder tower is at the two o'clock position, number 4 cylinder is at 10 o'clock, and number two cylinder tower is at the 8 o'clock position.

There is no trick, you would just use a torx screw driver. If your spring isn't broken don't do this. If your rope is broken you can fix easily. Replace old rope with new rope of equal size, place rope into spring wheel and turn counter clock wise holding the spring wheel. place other end of rope thru hole in shroud, remember to hold tight you have a lot of tension there. Pull rope thru enough to tie a knot, replace your pull handle , untie the knot and you should be fine. GOOD LUCK.

I'm afraid I can't send you a diagram but I see nobody else has sent you one either. So here goes. Your odd numbered cylinders, 1-3-5-7 are on the driver's side front to back. Your even numbered cylinders, 2-4-6-8 are on the pasenger side front to back.
Your distributor cap should have 4 hold down screws placed at 2 o'clock, 5 o'clock, 8 o'clock and 11 o'clock. Your number 1 cylinder is the first plug tower toward the firewall (or behind) the 2 o'clock hold down screw.The distributor runs counter clockwise or backwards and the firing order is 1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2.
Your timing depends on which model you have. All models except Tornado are timed at 16 degrees before TDC. The Tornado is timed at 12 degrees. The timing also is set with the engine running at 1100 RPM not the traditional idle speed. Hope this helps.

pull the starter housing off, take out the old rope, rotate the starter counter clock wise 5 to 6 times were the to holes line up stick a screw driver throw the holes to hold it in place. feed the same ty-ip rope from out side in throw then tie off. your going to need about 6 to 7 feet. let the pulley pull the rope in

take the 4 bolt out of the starter housing, lay on table take the old rope out. turn the center rope pulley counter clock 6 to 7 full rotation's so the center pulley hole lines up with out housing hole(steck a screw drive throw to hold pulley in places). feed the rope from outer throw the center tie off. let the pulley dr ow the rope in. pull the rope out a Little tie off to handle
