Here is a copy of your users manual, it tells you how to adjust the color on the TV, Magnets do not affect Plasma TV's. If your picture looks bad you might have a defective or failing part if you just need to turn the red up or down or make the picture more blue or green the users manual tells you how to adjust it.
Are the lines completely through the screen or just the upper or lower part of the screen? If through the whole picture, lines in the picture of a plasma can be caused by a defective Main Logic Control board or a bad plasma panel. The panel, if available would be very expensive (cheaper to buy a new TV). If the lines are just on the upper or lower part of the screen then it is the upper or lower scan drive board. Here is a list of the parts for your TV.
It's called Cyan and it's sound like you are having a problem on your D-board. Look for capacitors bulging out and replace first if not then order D-board
This is a fault developing within the screen, the only remedy is to have the screen replaced, there is no exact answer to why this has happened, it is just the nature of a plasma screens make-up that sometimes a fault can develop like this within the characteristics the display

Hi dennisreno,
You should be able to set the tv back to factory default settings from the menu.
I will see if I can find the user manual and give exact directions.
Let me know if you find the reset.

Is the tv still in warranty? The problem is the upper buffer board, it's a small board that controls the upper portion of the screen. You will have to consult a service center to get it, it's very easy to install
