Hello, just check your power board first for confirming that its on proper condition and voltage is fine. Then go for checking your TV cable wire to confirm whether its been damaged or perfect. If nothing works then probable the reason for this one is your TV's external capacitor might have damaged. SO for this you need to call a TV technician and fix it up. If you wish to fix it by yourself go for reading user manuals available in the online for fixing this issue.
Power supply board most likely source, check for rounded tops on capacitors, a common cause.

I would suspect a problem in either the backlight assembly, or the power supply that drives it. If it's the power supply, the part may be over $100.

If you dont have the led light on when plugged go ahead and replaced the powerboard, but if your led light is on when plugged then you will need to replace the mainboard.

SOURCE: samsung lcd tv ltm1755b won't turn on (power light stays red)
Problem: Samsung LTM1755B with only a blinking yellow LED when you try to turn it
on.
Solution: I just had one of these come in. I opened it up, and found
the U501 capacitor a little suspicious looking, in that it had a
deformed top. It was a 470uF 16V electrolytic 105degC 10mm x 12mm. I
replaced it with a very good quality 1000uF 16V electrolytic 105degC
10mm x 16mm Nichicon UHN1C102MPD. After that repair, when I tried to
turn it on, the LED was yellow for a second, then green, then I got a
picture, and it appeared to work great. I then asked the owner a week
later how it was working, and they said it was working just like new!
Hi,
The Standby/Power light of the TV blinks when there is any internal malfunction in the TV.
The self-diagnostic function of the projection TV will cause the STANDBY light to blink or flash when the television detects an issue. The number of times the STANDBY light flashes corresponds to a specific issue. As per the two examples below, some of the issues may be resolved without the need for service.
If the STANDBY light flashes three times in sequence, the lamp cover is not securely attached. Reattach the lamp cover to resolve this issue.
If the STANDBY light flashes four times in sequence, the TV may be overheating. To resolve this issue, ensure that the back of the TV is well ventilated.
If the flash sequence is not listed above or the light continues to flash, follow the steps below to perform a power reset:
Try the following steps to check if the issue can be resolved.
Turn off the television.
Unplug the television power cord from the electrical outlet.
Let the television remain without power for 60 seconds.
Plug the power cord back into the electrical outlet.
If the television is plugged into a power strip or surge protector, remove it from the power strip or surge protector and plug it directly into the wall outlet. If the issue is resolved, the problem is with the power strip or surge protector and not the television.
If the issue continues to occur, service may be required.
