I have a lorus rvs001. Silver with black band. The instruction booklet says it takes a SR920W. Seiko Maxell or Sony.

mcdevito75 Here, hello Stacy, The need for batteries in your Mickey watches may not be the complete problem. Any battery left in a quartz watch over time could leak and destroy the quartz, if so, your Mickeys have had it. Check me out at RITE TIME BASICS in the repair service directory here at fixya, bottom of the page click on repair srvice directory then on the left side of the page click on watches, then RITE TIME BASICS, I have expeirience with Mickey watches.Or look for a small watch repair shop in your area.

Lorus V422 Mickey Mouse Watch. Why will my watch not keep time after installing a brand new battery?

Question edited for clarity and correct maker spelling.
Question moved to Lorus Category.

Wrong battery with wrong voltage and battery chemistry.

Or dirty contacts to the battery.

Try to find a watch repair shop (sometimes called clock & watch shops). Also, many jewelers replace batteries and do watch repair.

I just bought an older Lorus Disney Mickey Mouse Musical watch V422-0010 with a box behind this number thia square was around the letters ZO. I cannot get the watch to work. It says, "After installing...

There is no CR920 3 volt battery and especially will not work for any Lorus watch. There is the SR920SW and SR920W series 1.55 volt silver alkaline cell.. 9 mm diameter x 2.0 mm height is an impossible size for this old Lorus watch.

My gold Mickey mouse Lorus watch was opened a part damaged by the person replacing the battery. This is not a digital watch, but has nthe mouse with hands and a second wheel at bottom.

You are probably going to have to look for an identical watch for parts. You might try this site:
http://www.esslinger.com/watchparts.aspx?gclid=COCr3t2F9KUCFcIKKgodgiARnA which is parts for watches. I'd have a look on ebay as well for a watch that is not working. Of course it does depend on the part you are looking for. I am also wondering if the inner parts for another Lorus mickey moue watch might fit, but maybe you don;t wish to change it out from the original.

I have a Lorus NX11A multifunction watch and have no manual. I have been on the Lorus website but it might as well be written in Japanese

mcdevito75 here, I would imagine this is a Mickey Mouse Lorus watch by the picture supplied. If it Has DAY / DATE function, here"s what to do, --- To set the DAY, pull the stem out to set, keep turning the hads till you rech the day, then push in the stem. To Change the DATE 9 number) slip your fingernail just under the stem and lift it to it"s first position (notch) this should allow you to change the DATE (number) without haveing to turn the hands so many times.
