The cyan drum drive assembly is bad.
You will need a tech to replace it.

SOURCE: Network Printer Problem

In the later HP LaserJet printers the printer has a "Mopier mode" that will provide better print performance on multiple copies. However, if you have "Mopier mode" enabled and you don't have an EIO hard disk installed, you'll get the above message.

Right click on the printer, select "Properties". There should be a "Device Settings" tab. Under that tab, make sure that "Mopier mode" is Disabled at the bottom.

The unit will still print multiple collated copies with that disabled.

SOURCE: Printer Hp Laserjet 3055 giving error message 5

If you scanner error 5 or printer hangs at scanner bulb warming up than the issue is with Scanning Assembly inside the printer and it is hardware issue.

SOURCE: The colour ink is not printing properly on my hp

Hi there,

  1. Click Start , click All Programs , click Hewlett-Packard , and then click Printer Assistant .
  2. Click Utilities .
  3. Click View ink levels .
    • If a cartridge is low on ink, discontinue these steps, replace the cartridge, and then try printing again.
    • If the cartridges contain a sufficient amount of ink, continue to the next step.
  4. Click Printer Maintenance .
  5. Click Clean Cartridges .
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions.
PLease note the if you do not take prints regularly there are chances that the ink has dried up in that case refill or replace the cartridge.

Hope this helps. Please rate my response.
Thanks.
HAve a good day.

On Initialization the following error appears 10.00.01 Supply Memory Error.

The printer cannot read the memory tag on the black toner catridge. Power the printer off, swop the black toner cartridge for another colour.ie put the cyan, magenta or the yellow in the place that the black should go and fit the black in to space left by the colour. Power the printer on and see if the error remains the same.If it's the same error then it could be the cartridge reader in the black position. If the error changes, then it's possibly down to the black cartridge.
