Check to make sure your child lock is off first. Hold the time and signal buttons simultaneously for three seconds. Unlikely, but do check. Some of these dryers have a safety switch that the idler pulley has to engage to allow the dryer to run. I tried to find a schematic for this model but could not get one to tell if you do have a safety switch. Look at the arm of the idler pulley and see if it is contacting the switch actuator correctly. When a belt breaks or pops off, sometimes the arm of the pulley will move to the other side of the switch actuator and will not allow the dryer to run once a belt is reistalled. I would also look to see if a wire was knocked off of the motor switch when your belt came off. Good Luck, Appliance Specialists

Jason... Did you ever get this resolved? I've got the exact same problem and have checked everything!! I'm thinking of replacing the thermistor, but don't know if that will do it. I also checked the resistance of the motor and it seemed to be within range. Wondering if you have any feedback on what you did to resolve your issue. Thanks!!
I ultimately found that it was the Thermostat PART NUMBER: DC47-00016A. The switch was good, the cord was good, and I bought a relay switch, but swapped the thermostat fuse first as it tested out with bad results.
