Hi, i was getting ice out of the ice depenser of my rsh1dtmh and the whole fridge went off, we then learnt that the fuse in the circuit board had blown. So we changed it with the correct 5a 250v glass fuse except everytime we turn it on with the new fuse in it blows straight after, i have tried twice but the same keeps happening.

I had the same problem. There is a circuit board on the very top of the fridge/freezer. There is a 5amp quick blow fuse on there. Sounds like that has blown. Mine did for performing the same function. replaced it and all is good.

MAKE SURE THE DOOR CLOSER IN THE DISPENSER IS OPERATING PROPERLY. IT SHOULD SLOWLY CLOSE THE DOOR AFTER YOU STOP PRESSING ON THE PADDLE.
EITHER THE DOOR IS CLOSING TOO QUICKLY, NOT AT ALL, OR THE DISPENSER IS RUNNING AFTER THE DOOR HAS CLOSED. CHECK THE OPERATIONS OF EACH OF THESE AND SEE IF YOU CAN TELL WHICH.
