Can you help me with my Auto Dialer Software?

Mybe I should add a few more details. I have an power dialer which I purchased from the company Make My Calls. They have switched systems and no longer provide support for the hardware or the software that I purchased from them in 2007. The system is brand new. so is the software. I'm not a novice or a pro when it comes to computers but there are some questions about this particular software that I need to have help with and there is no one to help me. I found the original company that made the hardware called Speedy Dialer and they don't offer support for the software that came with my system. However they do sell a software called Cheetah that cost 100.00 I'm just trying to maximize my time and money to see what would ne the most cost effective. What I did discover is that any programmer can make their own software and use the speedy dialer and that is exactly what happened with the Make My Calls company...now they have a hosted power didaler with a 200.00 set up fee and 95 mo recurring fee that I don't want to pay. I do have the manual that came with the power dialer if I need to get it to someone?

No sir...you are way off base here. I don't think you read my email thoroughly. I'm not making sales pitches although I do work from home and in order to make more calls within a day I use an Auto Dialer. It has software that came with it that I purchased from the company Make My Calls. As I said in the first post...Make My Calls does not provide tech support for the hardware or software, I need help with the software... can you help me with it? I have their number already and a contact person I'm looking to your service for help. Let me reitterate. They can"t help me. I found your site doing a search on the internet looking for help to solve my problem and secondly, I don't want to get rid of the software because I think it's worth saving.

    Drew,

I checked out your profile. It appears that you are knowledgeable in and have expertise in certain types of hardware. My issue specifically deals with software. Can you help me with my Auto Dialer Software was my original post. If you can't no problem I'll repost.

  • Eraina Smith Apr 13, 2009

    Drew,

I don't know what company you are referring to. I don't need the manual. Please read my original post ... I have the original manual that came with the auto dialer... I need help with the software that came with it.

Are you familiar with Auto Dialers? Do you know what they are and what they do?

  • Eraina Smith Apr 16, 2009

Auto Dialer is not a type of software it is a machine that takes the place of manual dialing. The soft ware that came with my machine is called CX2. Are you familiar with that software? I really respect people who are honest and have integrity. If you don't have knowledge of the software it's really ok. But please dont lie and say that you do. Thank you for your time.

Hi E-styleenter,
I personally agree that there might be a case where these softwares are often easily made by programmers. However, those are special programmers who deals with all those stuff. You could hardly get any programmers on the outer world ( Internet )....
Making a simple program to run softwares and making softwares for Auto Dialer is a different thing. I can write programmes in most of the languages that doesn't mean that i am expert at writing it for Auto Dialer...
Tell me honestly, if there would have been programmers , isn't companies like speed dialer would have been selling their products for few bucks....They know.......In forums you might find different hypothetical cases which is not true in real world.
The best we can do that we can look for a software compatible with your hardware and is cost effective as well...Would you like us to search that for you?
Waiting for Quick and Positive reply :)
Thanks for using Fixya.

I'm not exactly sure what you are asking, so I will do my best help to you. If this answer isn't what you are looking for, then please comment me back and ask a more direct question so that I can help you in a more professional way.

It appears that you are trying to have sales pitches automatically over the phone for your company. Make My Calls seems to be like one of those companies that looks good on paper, but at times fails to deliver what they promise.

If you are wanting to completely cancel service with them, then contact them with the information below:

Call 800-481-0654
or email them using this form: http://www.makemycalls.com/contactmakemycalls.html

If I can be of any more assistance, feel free to let me know.

Are you using the Deluxe Dialer software?

  • Anonymous Apr 13, 2009

Yes, I have never used the software before. However, if you need it, I did manage to get them to send me the manual for their Deluxe Dialer software.

Inserting contacts phone numbers in phone

iPhone or android

It's simple.
Open your dialer.
Type number.
Instead of dialing find a + sign on the screen, not on any dialer number.
Tap on it.
It will ask you to save number. As new contact or to existing contract.
Tap your required option.
Enter the name. And other details. That's it.

And second option is.
Open contact app.
Find an option of add new contact.
Enter details.
And that's it.

Who does the alarm auto-dialer call?

This can call the police and play a message saying there has been a break-in and explaining where the house is located. The other option is that it can call the security company and say exactly where the break-in occurred. The company can then talk to the police.

Windows Vista CDMA 1X usb modem not working

I faced the same problem i installed it. But got through it. See if this works for you too:

1. You have to install the software you downloaded from the tata site or from the CD you got with the MODEM. Do this without attaching the MODEM to the laptop.

2. Once done, insert the MODEM into the USB drive. The Windows will automatically search drivers for USB MODEM and QualCoMM drivers and install it.

After it shows the success message, click the Tata Indicom Dialer and check. The problem should not appear again.
