Run a business card between the touch screen and the outside surround. Dirt or dust can make the screen believe that you are constantly touching the screen which will lock up the touchscreen. Try adjusting the screen brightness by adjusting the thumbwheel located at the far top of the display panel.
If this does not rectify the fault then the touchscreen will need to be replaced.

Kyocera and Copystar models are the same just replace KM with CS.

it might be a long shot but have you got an add toner message on your copier screen.
When toner is required the copier will only print on page at a time.
Alternately you should ensure that you have not selected a partial print  eg
print current view or print current page.
if all this fails, reload the driver and or your Acrobat reader
