My son has an ONN 20" LCD TV. I cannot for the love of me find a code for a 4 in 1 remote. His original remote does not work so i purchsed a TVRC4N 4 in 1 remote made by masteplug. tried the website and no luck. The remote lists hundreds of codes but none under the name ONN. I have looked at several universal remotes and none seem to cover the brand ONN! If they are made under a different name does this mean i have to try all of the codes till i hit bingo? I hope not. I hope you can sort this for me.

Curtis international is the actual manufacturer owner of the brand onn. They also own RCA and Emerson. So the codes can all be tried. Onn TV's use the same codes, you just have to use trial and error to figure out which code your specific ONN got programmed with.Curtis international is the actual manufacturer owner of the brand onn. Hi there i also had this problem with my "onn" television and there isnt an "onn" make - apparantly it is the same as pacific or schneider so if you get a remote from asda theyre really cheap less than a tenner - i found that look up either schneider or pacific and the first code it says should work for your tv!hope this helps!
the code for an "onn" tv from asda is 1050 - hold the "tv" button for 5 seconds until blinker flashes - key in "1050" then turn the power on - this should work!the code for an "onn" tv from asda is 1050 - hold the "tv" button for 5 seconds until blinker flashes - key in "1050" then turn the power on - this should work!

The "try the Samsung codes" suggestions works. I have a ONN (Seiki) LE-24G90. The first Samsung code on the HDTV list (1019) did the trick on my Telus CISCO ST6400 remote.
Most remotes don't have Olevia codes. I just bought a Sonly RM-VLZ620 for about $20 and it does have codes for Olevia. Not sure what brand of dish you have - but you could check Sony's web site before you buy it.
