Normally, you click on mode and hold the button until it starts flashing and then you can change it. Or click on the "reset button" and hold it and to the same thing as in the mode section.
Start with watch in normal clock mode. press and hold bottom right "lap reset" - alarm time appears. Keeping "lap reset" held, I can then toggle the alarm on and off using top right "start/stop". Qiu:Circle segment lights up (only a black point in the middle, NO ALARM) Circle segment with a black section on the above middle point, ALARM ON.
Press mode continuously for about 2-3 seconds then release
Press mode again so that the seconds are flashing
Press ADJ + ST/STP at the same time
Adjust what you need to adjust and move between minutes and seconds by repeating the ADJ + ST/STP
Press 'mode' (bottom left) three times until the seconds at the bottom of the display are flashing. Then use 'reset' (bottom right) until the part of the time you want to change is flashing. Then use start/stop (top right) to set the time. Use 'reset' to scroll through to the end.
