Have to go to Fusion > WCConfigure> Options > Regulatory > uncheck ENABLE 802.11d,

I assume that Fusion is installed on all MC3090's but if not, you are looking for the wireless configuration options.

Could not establish connection to network

have you been able to configure a WiFi profile using the on board utility?
If not and if you don't have the icon at the bottom right of the screen you will be able to find it in the windows folder.
If you have a profile setup, does it have a yellow ! icon on it if so, use the icon on the bottom right then> options > Regulatory in the drop down menu > and untick 'Enable...' box
If you have DHCP setup in the profile you may not be getting an IP address, you can check this in the status option from the pop up menu (bottom right).
if you are not getting an IP Address, check all your settings in your WiFi profile.
I normally start with a un-encrypted network to test the unit, then add encryption after you get it all working. You will need admin rights for the AP you are using.
Additionally i have found that some units don't like TKIP type networks with out a software update.
Hope this lot helps.

Cannot connect to Motorloa MC9090-G to wirless network due to regulatory issues. All of my connection parameters are correct. Can someone help?

Hello,

please asure yourself, that in Options of the WLAN Fusion Client (icon in the right corner) is the Regulatory set for the correct country.

To be sure, just disable the 802.11d checkbox in Fusion - Options - Regulatory.

How to setup wireless connection

Hello prabap. To set up a wireless connection on your MC3090, it is quite similar to doing so on a Windows-based PC. Just use the stylus to select the WiFi icon on the bottom-right of the screen and select 'properties', 'options', 'configuration', or 'connect to/set up a wireless network'. Which one you'll see depends on your OS. Just follow the instructions in the menu, input your desired connection information like the network name, password (if any), and any other information that you may need to connect to your wireless. It is important to make sure you have all the details of your network for it to connect properly. In essence: just approach it like you're setting up a wireless connection on your PC and you can't miss. If you need more help, please feel free to send me a message or email. I hope this helps. Good luck!
