try flipping you breaker off and on 2 or 3 times (hard and fast) if this don't work check element, timer , thermostats and safety switch on motor 2 heavy red wires (check wiring diagram for pin numbers of safety switch)....if this switch goes bad the motor will still run but it wont let power go to element washer motor has heat overload sensor
thumbs up

First of all you
may want to reset the unit, let me know if you need the procedure and after
reseting the unit the washer knob may go round and round all by itself, if
this happens the door mode light will flicker in a particular sequence which
once once counted we can understand exactly which part in the machine has
malfunctioned which once replaced the unit should start to work properly.

Hi
The issue is either with the thermal fuse of the unit that is bad or the motor that has gone bad. To check what is causing this, first check the fuse which is located inside the rear panel to the exhaust duct and try to jump start the thermal fuse or test its continuity with a voltmeter, no continuity means bad fuse. If the fuse is okay then replace the motor as that part usually makes a hum sound when it is unable to run. Hope this helps...please post back for further assistance.
