Re; my washer-dryer ZKH 7146 J, bought 2013. I wish to wash and dry Allergy Covers for bed linen mattress, pillow cases etc (100% cotton) which must not be washed or dried at more than 40 degrees. According to the manual, I can set the wash at 30 or 40 degrees but it gives no information on the temperature of the drying programmes. Is it possible to dry at 40 degrees or less? Or would you recommend only drying in the open air? I would be grateful for authoritative advice.

SOURCE: DRYER NOT DRYING

First of all you may want to reset the unit, let me know if you need the procedure and after reseting the unit the washer knob may go round and round all by itself, if this happens the door mode light will flicker in a particular sequence which once once counted we can understand exactly which part in the machine has malfunctioned which once replaced the unit should start to work properly.

SOURCE: The drying cycle on my

Hi

The issue is either with the thermal fuse of the unit that is bad or the motor that has gone bad. To check what is causing this, first check the fuse which is located inside the rear panel to the exhaust duct and try to jump start the thermal fuse or test its continuity with a voltmeter, no continuity means bad fuse. If the fuse is okay then replace the motor as that part usually makes a hum sound when it is unable to run. Hope this helps...please post back for further assistance.

I need to know if a spider bite or a bed bug bite will stop me from having surgery I need to have

These tiny critters are one of the most common triggers of allergic asthma. They survive on the dead skin flakes that all humans shed naturally. They hide in sheets, mattresses, pillows, blankets, stuffed toys, carpets, curtains, and upholstered furniture. There's not much you can do about shedding dead skin, but you can work to keep dust mites from bothering your family. Wash any bed linens that you can at least once a week in hot water, then put them in a hot dryer. Wash stuffed toys the same way. There are also special covers for mattresses and pillows. If you can, trade in carpets, rugs, and fabric furniture for wood, vinyl, and other smooth surfaces. Other wise you can also use anti itch cream. But first you have to consult with a doctor.

The care instructions have faded off the tag on my isotonic indulgence pillow. I need to wash pillow. can you instruct. thanks

My pillow has its tag, which does not contain washing instructions. The description on Amazon says the removable pillow cover is washable. I take that to mean the pillow itself should not be washed.

Dont know how to remove the bedding from the bassinet to wash

Which part of the bedding is soiled and needs to be washed?

There should be a flat sheet that covers the mattress pad, an optional top sheet, a comforter, a dust ruffle, pillow sham and a decorative cover for the hooded area.

Remove the comforter & top sheet & set them aside. Pick up the mattress inside the bassinet, remove the flat sheet on it and put that with the other items to wash. Leave the mattress pad out, and you should be able to see the dust ruffle. The dust ruffle goes under the mattress pad and hangs like a skirt on the bottom of the bassinet. Pick up the dust ruffle and untie any ribbons that might be used to anchor it on the sides or bottom area. Depending on the bedding set you bought or are using with the bassinett, the piece that goes around the hood area might have elastic to keep it snug, or if you are using the default that came the model that is sold in California, US - its not really removeable without a lot of trouble and other problems - (I would suggest leaving it on unless its REALLY soiled).

Good luck!
