Hi, did you charge the batteries for at least 8 hours? Make sure that your charger has a RED Light When you plug it in, You should see Green light in 4-8 hours depending on the Batteries.
Secondly Your scooter batteries were dead when you got the Scooter, Judging from the fact you didn't get a Charger with it. I would recommend getting a voltmeter and checking the battery voltages. If the voltage is 11-12 volts, then you need new batteries. If this doesn't work check that fuse on the scooter it could be blown.

EZip e-900 Electric Scooter. I have replaced batteries, Throttle, Control box, and motor and it still won't go.

Question edited for clarity.
Question moved from Cars and Trucks category.

The batteries, and throttle control could have been tested with multimeter. The motor can be checked with a multimeter and also with a power source (12 volt x 2 in series = 24 volts) or even with the battery pack that is on it. The only part that is difficult to troubleshoot is the Control Box and circuitry, but if the battery is okay for volts, the throttle passes power and the motor runs, it has to be the control box or connection wiring throughout.

Bought a ezip 900 electric scooter at goodwill, bought a charger and it charged right up, rode a short distance stopped now no juice, bought new batteries, wont charge, cant find fuses, any thoughts?

Your best plan would be to contact the manufacturer. It could be a faulty electrical connector or wiring and maybe very expensive to fix. Ask yourself why it was at the Goodwill in the first place. Good luck

Contact the manufacturer for help, but ask yourself this. Why was an electric scooter taken to Goodwill in the first place? Could it be it's unfixable or at least too expensive to fix. I hope it is something simple for you. Best of luck.

I have an ezip 900 scooter, the battery was fully charged, went for a ride and the battery drained after going approx 1/4 mile. Any thoughts on the issue?

Most likely, it's a battery issue indicating that you need to change the batteries, but it also could be a charger issue, you can try the charger here https://chargerbuy.com/products/ezip-e-900-electric-scooter-battery-charger

Hi I have a ezip 400 scooter we just bought a new charger and the charger has a green light but the ezip its charged I was thing maybe its a loss wire or something I got the ezip from someone said if

Push the circuit breaker back in first. The scooter will not move if the charger is connected. If the scooter has sat unused for a long time, the charger will NOT recover the batteries. Charge them individually with an automotive charger until the voltage is at least 11 volts each. May take a 12 or more hours. If you can't get 11 volts after that time then the batteries are gone.

Electric scooter problem

Yes, you will need to get a charger based on the number of 12 volt batteries in the Scooter. I recommend TNC SCOOTERS to buy the chargers. Very good service and lower than most prices.
