Try hitting #1 on your remote repeatedly, sometimes that'll bypass the regioncode and allow playback w/out the menus to work.

If you right click on my computer --> properties --> hardware tab --> device manager --> go down to the optical drives / dvd drive and right click on your dvd drive and go to properties there should be a region tab.

I HAVE A DISC IN U.K. AND EUROPE REGION . BUT CAN'T PLAY MY DVD PLAYER. HOW CAN I PLAY THE DISC IN OUR PLAYER? MODEL IS DVP 3256 ,DVP 3258,DVP 3268 . WITH USB . ANY OPTION TO PLAY THE OTHER REGION DISC....

HELLO
This sounds like the old problem of your player trying to play a disc from another region, when your player is set for another. What you need to do is HACK the player and set it for ALL REGIONS (0), usually via the remote control.
Try this website for DVD player hacks: www.videohelp.com
You will find hacks for many makes and models listed here. Contrary to belief, it is NOT illegal to hack a DVD player.
