Hi, after making some changes to the Wifi connections, I found the TV image/picture is too large for the screen. I am not sure what I must have changed by accident, but now I cannot get it to the right size. I have tried adjusting the picture (TV Menu, Picture etc....) but have not had any luck. Help!

The aspect ratio (zoom) button on the cable remote had been changed. On Brighthouse the # button toggles through the zoom settings. It's not a tv issue, it's a cable fix.

Check your T'V's settings on the remote. You should be able to change it from your remote from " standard to zoom" or 16:9 ratio
SOURCE: No matter which picture size
U tries used the DVD player remote to fix this problems, could be the DVD movie?Have the same problems, with the regular tv incomming broadcasting signal?Yes,than the tv Tuner signal board is the problems and the causes it dying and shorted.Tries websites like Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a refurbish tv Tuner signal board for the replacement.
The Screen Format feature allows you to change how the image of a 4:3 picture
is displayed on your 16:9 screen. The options are Normal, Zoom or Stretch. If
your TV receives an image with a 4:3 aspect ratio, the image can be displayed in
one of three ways:
Normal The image of a 4:3 video signal is centered with black bars on the
right and left sides of the screen
To get ito this setting mode
Enter the main menu and go to preferences select the screen format; option-2; and change the settings to get a full picture.
OK.
