SOURCE: water keeps draining
You may be experiencing what is known as "siphoning". If you have your drain hose shoved too far down in the drain standpipe, or if you have the top of the standpipe opening sealed off, sometimes it creates a vacuum and will cause the washer to drain constantly drain. You need an air gap in order to prevent this. Double check your drain hoses for the following:
1. Make sure the hose is only placed in the standpipe about 3 to 4 inches. If it is sitting so far down in the pipe that it is resting in the trap where all the water is it will siphon.
2. Check the opening around the top of the standpipe where the hose rests. Makes sure there is still an air gap around the hose. That is, make sure the hose isn't seated so tight that it seals off the standpipe completely. This will cause siphoning.
3. Make sure you haven't placed anything around the standpipe opening. Many people will wrap old towels or wash cloths around the opening in order to prevent overflows and odors coming back up through the pipe. In doing so, they often inadvertently seal off the standpipe and cause a siphoning problem.
Last of all, the standpipe should be about 36 inches from the floor. If your drain line is sitting too low it can also cause siphoning issues.
I know I'm keying in on this drain line issue quite a bit here. There are some other things that can cause water levels in a washer to drop, but you mentioned nothing about any leaks and this is the most common problem. You will know for sure if you pull the drain hose out of the standpipe and suddenly hear a sucking noise. This is air being reintroduced through the drain line. I hope you find this information helpful.
SOURCE: plug in for washer on a Kenmore stackable washer/dryer
the washer works off the 220v cord on the back you have other issues with the washer sorry
SOURCE: I have a Kenmore Stackable Washer/Dryer 417.99170120 which squeeks/skweels
Use only a high temperature lithium grease,Vaseline will liquefy and drip out. This is not an easy task.. The top cover, control panel, front panel and drum will have to be removed to access the bearing. Two people are HIGHLY recommended for this task. If this has been going on for awhile, suggest purchasing new bearing before taking apart. (bearing is plastic and wears down when grease dries out)
SOURCE: No heat in a Kenmore stackable washer dryer
there should be a small fuse on the heater box,if that is not working the element will not work also-mike
SOURCE: Trying to disable the dryer's loud buzzer
The wiring diagram is located in the slanted panel above the washer door
