The fuse on the motor controller has blown. you can replace this fuse, but you will most likely have a short circuit / fault in the pump or motor. check for signs of wear on these, and check for earth faults before re powering machine with new fuse / motor controller.

SOURCE: Broken washer

could be clogged drain. look at my issue "eco smart won't drain, smells hot" on how to remove motor from bottom of washer and check lower drainage area. bail water out first and be ready to catch water when you remove that motor unit.

I have a Paykel & Fischer washer, Model GWL10U2. It just stopped, leaving some water in the tub (1/2 load of laundry). Tried to re-start, nothing. Checked the outlet, unplugged it, plugged it back in,...

You need to understand that we can't see what you can. When you say it stopped, does that mean there is still power on & lights showing but it won't start or is there no power at all. Big difference in the way each will be fixed. If no power lights at all then you will need to call a service company as the main control board will have died.

Beeping BUT not Starting

This sounds like a speed sensor problem located on the motor.e.g. when you turn your washer on ,as the water comes in the tub turns if it dosen,t the speed sensor (if crook)doesent send the message to the processor and will go into fault mode.If lid & out of balance switch are ok then this will be your problem.Kind Regards.

Fisher & Paykel Intuitive Eco code 49....

code 49 is a faulty cold water valve fault code. If you replaced both the valves, the wires and plugs to them are ok and it's still not working then you need to replace the Main Motor Controller module, there's no way to reset this fault sorry.

PLEASE "rate my solution" thank you.

Fisher & Paykel intuitive code 37

As a serviceman for 18 years I have seen this numerous times.
The fault sounds like the motor control module.. Assuming your test on the pump windings was ok..?
