just clear nvram first. then in operator menu go to print gap then mode select manual then enter.
now press clear key adjust print gap by pressing + & - key together when it show 190 then decrease it to 50 and save value.

if your platen calibration is not done.
1 Resat All Platen Connection of cabal
2 Replace Logic Card
3 Check Platen Moving proper
4 Than Check Sensor And Platen Aliment
5 Than replace Platen Sensor
6 Please Check Platen Motor

Hi

platen calibration has to be done . in offline press lf and enter for tech access on , then go to test menu, select diag,then select call engine , then select platen cal and press enter , it will ask remove ribbon and remove paper , then it will automatically calibrate . then ur problem will be sloved

problem with platen sensor , clean the sensor with ipa still same problem change the platen sensor

do platen calibration then also same problem change platen sensor

there are two reason behind the problem . 1 .the problem may come from the logic board.
2.and the platen sensor. change the platen sensor. if not solved change the board.

CLEAN THE PLATEN SENSOR IF NOT SOLVED CHANGED THE PLATEN SENSOR.

May be platen gap is high check the platen gap. If the platen gap is not proper adjust it manualy.

You lost the sensor calibrations. Grab the service manual. Do the four fault clear, enable tech access mode and calibrate paper motion, paper out and platen.
