The Error indicates that the water level did not increase or fill in time to the machines estimation . 4E WATER SUPPLY ERROR Water Supply Error occurs when water level frequency does not show changes more than 100Hz or water is not supplied up to the preset water level after 10 Minutes or more at the time of initial water supply. The error status can be cleared by turning the POWER switch OFF and back ON. Check that the water valves are fully open check that any fill lines that have washer hose filters in them are clean check you source water pressure is OK

Poor water supply, check the supply hose is not kinked. Check the supply tap is fully on. Check the debris filter in the hose to machine connection is clean.

Check to see that you have the correct supply selected under "supply type". Are you running black mark supplies or die cut supplies? If the supply type selected doesn't match your actual supply type, you'll get a 704 error. It's also possible that the black supply sensor could be broken, or your platen roller (large black roller) needs to be cleaned. Clean it with alcohol.

Well most likely its a low voltage problem, check power outlet (110/220) or you need to replace the low voltage power supply board. Before replacing the power supply board you must check that the voltage is 24V by using a volt meter.
