Display has white rectangles after being dropped

Look for the key that has the template of a fraction : A solid white rectangle, a fraction bar an an empty rectangle. That key should be between the CALC key and the change sign key (-).
If you press SHIFT followed by the fraction template key the calculator displays the template of a mixed fraction. In the rectangles type in the integer part, the numerator and the denominator. Use the arrow keys to move from one rectangle to the next.

Access the Wii System Settings.

Choose "Console Nickname" on System Settings 1 to display a white rectangle with the current Nickname

Point at the text area (white rectangle) and press the A Button

Use the Wii Remote on the on screen keyboard for entering the new console Nickname.

Confirm the Nickname is correct by clicking the "confirm" button on the bottom right corner.

You likely have a smudge on the glass where the scanner reads the paper as it passes through the auto-feeder. On a flatbed - this is not the large rectangle of glass. This is a thin sliver of glass to the side.
Often a drop of White-out will do this.

It would be "cheating" for anybody to do your "homework" from your computer-mathematics class, unless you submit your answer, saying that an EXPERT on FIXYA did all the work on your behalf.

You could change your screen resolution on your computer......thats about all you can do.

I have the same problem. I dropped it in water about 1 1/2 months ago. But it started working fine. One day i shut it off. and when i turned it back on the screen is white. I looked at the dot and its still white. It started working again but then I accidently dropped it and it messed up again. Anyway to fix it?
