Digital camera FUJIFILM JX370 - When I was taking pictures and recording on my camera with low battery the picture and the screen was fine. But when I turned it off and the on again the screen or the picture was blue and mostly white, I thought it was cause the batterys were dead, so i charged them till the morning. When i checked the camera it was the same but with charged batteries. What should I do? Please Help!

SOURCE: White screen, won't take pictures, battery door won't open!!

The LCD screen has just come unattached. Take a pencil with an eraser and press on the lower right corner of the LCD screen. You may have to tap it once or twice, but the screen will come back on. As far as the battery door, it sounds like it is stuck on something. Might want to try tapping the end of it to see if it comes loose.

SOURCE: Camera jam

All the R series Ricohs have a pretty complicated lens system employing 2 swing-out lenses which can get stuck pretty easily, or worse, broken. If you are very good at taking things to bits you might have a go at fixing it (I've done several that were not TOO bad) since picking up one on Ebay with a good lens unit is almost impossible.

How to date stamp jx 370

The date and time (and a lot more) are stored with every picture in its EXIF metadata. Any photo viewing/editing program should be able to display this data. To print this data, please consult the documentation for whatever program you're using to print your pictures. Depending on the program and printer you may print the date on the image, in the margins, or on the back.

I cant take a picture with my FUJIfilm Fine Fix A340. Card full.

You need to clean some space to your card by uploading the pics to a computer or deleting them from the card. Or you can buy a new card.

Fuji camera screen does not display picture even when screen is turned on when taking picture. but screen shows picture when you view pictures already taken

Hi dear, you need to see the manual (http://www.retrevo.com/support/FujiFilm-S700-Digital-Cameras-manual/id/2488ag805/t/2/)
Some camera only use viewfinder to shoot photo,The LCD is for setup and display photo only.Because it's off it will save a lot of battery power so that you can shoot more photos.Check it out in the manual.Have FUN!

Bright white light

I have had the same problem with my F-700

After calling Fujifilm Custom support here in Spain, I've noticed that camera series had a common failure at CCD SENSOR, NOT THE SCREEN.

IF THE PROBLEM IS CCD (IMAGE SENSOR) FUJIFILM WILL REPAIR IT FOR FREE!!!!

I AM NOT KIDDING. I'RECEIVED A MAIL FROM FUJI SPAIN ABOUT THAT

ALSO CHECKED THAT AT FUJIFILM USA THEY REPAIR IT FOR FREE

I guess the problem is CCD (at least in mine) because:

1- Started with
intermitent colour distorsions (dissapearing from time to time)
2- The problem became more frequent as time passed by
3- THE IMAGE IS PERFECT WHEN I PLAY PICTURES FROM THE MEMORY CARD

GOOD LUCK !

I had the same problem with a fujifilm finepix... It didn't take pictures with 2 sony batteries, just turned off after pressing the shutter. Then I tried 2 panasonic batteries and it worked fine....

My solution: try panasonic rechargeable.
