SOURCE: channel information stays on screen for av channels
i had the same problem, press the i+ button and it goes off, but I think that it must be something more complicated, as i tried that initially and it didn't work. Perhaps some other intermittent bug causes it to jam for a while, when that bug has worked itself out the i+ works again
SOURCE: Colours turns blue and green from HD channels
The most likely cause of your problem is the cable box HDMI output. If you have some extra cables, try connecting the TV to the cable box using the component connections. I'll bet your problem will go away. Don't let the cable company lie to you; I work on Sony TV's everyday and see plenty of cable box HDMI issues. Some of my customers have exchanged their boxes 4 or 5 times and still have HDMI issues. Your best bet is to use the component outputs or switch to Dish or Direct TV, as they DON"T have HDMI problems. If this solution works, be sure to rate it. Thanks!
SOURCE: the screen has a permenant green tinge
It could be the tint settings on your TV. Check your TV's settings menu for color/tint options. If you can't find it, break out the manual and look in the index for tint or color, then locate the page and it'll tell you how to get there.
Make sure the tint slider is in the middle, 0 or 50%, depending on your TV.
Best of luck.
