On my Sharp MX 3501N I get the error code H4-02 can you tell me my issue and how to fix

You should be able to just replace the lower fuser roller if your a technician.

Which model is it? The MX-350N is black and white, the MX-3501N is a color model. I'll assume it's the MX-3501N.

Either it's defaulted to print B&W in which case you just go to your printing preferences of the print driver in the printers menu in the control panel, and uncheck the "black and white print" box, or you have account/user codes that you need to enter in your print driver in order for it to print color. That error code means that its the wrong cartridge. You should be using a MX-27NTCA for the Cyan toner.

H3. Heat roller High temperature detection

Your copier is not accepting your black toner cartridge (F2-71 Cyan, F2-72 Magenta, F2-73 Yellow). It either is not inserted properly, the packing tab is not removed from the back, or a faulty cartridge. Often 3rd party cartridges that the manunfacturer "guarantees" will work will bring this code. In short, the copier is rejecting your black toner cartridge and you should replace it.

type in 14 then start
01 then start
if it ask are u sure after inputing 14 then start hit yes or 1 for yes or execute. copier will restart. all will be fine untill the next three jams

when your copier paper jam in fuser unit area. than show H5-01 error code.
if you fix it self,open right door and relese the jam paper carefully.

f9 means your control panel needs to be replaced..chances are part is not covered and if it is the only way you can obtain it is through having service
