look at the front of the machine pull out the first tray and then to the left is a smalll panel the screw for this is located at the top if you take out the screw the panel will open and the bottle is in there you can empty this and put it back in our replcae with new

The error means - Fusing unit rotation error.
Check if the fusing unit(right door{hot unit}) ,if it is rotating properly.
There could also be a sensor on the frame or the machine which senses the fusing unit rotation,(the sensor sometimes comes off)(remove the fusing unit and check where the fusing unit is seated).
Also try cleaning the sensor with a blower or brush.

Is the supply voltage ok?
The problem is to do with the IH inverter (it is part of the fusing unit).
Any cables loose?
